REQUIEM

Below are the two final essays to be posted on Allegiance and Duty Betrayed. The first one is written by a friend -- screen name 'Euro-American Scum' -- who, over the past four years, has been the most faithful essayist here. He has written about everything from his pilgrimage to Normandy in 2004 to take part in the 60th–year commemoration of the invasion, to his memories of his tour in Vietnam. His dedication to America’s founding principles ... and those who have sacrificed to preserve them over the past 200+ years ... is unequaled. Thank you, E-A-S. It has been a privilege to include your writing here, and it is a privilege to call you my friend.

The second essay is my own farewell. And with it I thank all of the many regular visitors, and those who may have only dropped in occasionally, for coming here. I hope you learned something. I hope a seed or two was planted. But, even if not, I thank you for stopping by ... 25 March, 2010

Still Think Radical Islamists Are the Minority?
Think Again.

Please watch this interview of Walid Shoebat, Zak Anani, and Ibrahim Abdullah. Shoebat is a former Palestinian terrorist; all three of these men have stood back and taken an objective look at the religion and culture of Islam they were raised in and have seen its evil. Watch the entire video. You don't get the full message until the end.

Depending on the country, Arab media polls and these men say that 60% to 75% of the entire Muslim population agree with the concept of Jihad and the destruction of all Jews and Christians.

And it's not a secret. They tell us constantly, yet we in the West stand here like we didn't hear it. Is the idea just too absurd to believe? Do we think it can't happen? Granted, most Muslims are not running around with RPGs or bomb vests, but the majority support those who do and they pour money into organizations that fund and train the more energetic and aggressive ones.

We in the West hold the religious, social, and career parts of our lives separately. Muslims do not. Islam controls all aspects of their lives and it teaches hate above all else. Islam is their primary allegiance above nationality and all else.

Islam is in direct opposition and in conflict with the old and new testaments of the Bible. In the Muslim mind, if the Bible is true, then Islam is a false religion and that is the root of the hate and fear. For Islam to be the true religion it must prevail and destroy Judaism and Christianity. You don't have to be a practicing Jew or Christian to be a target of Islam.

Foreign policy and support of Israel having nothing to do with it. There is nothing you can do to appease them short of converting to Islam and even that may not save you if you choose the wrong sect and are in the wrong place at the wrong time.

THE JUSTIFICATION FOR COMPULSION

The Muslim theologians had to justify this compulsion. Here is the reason given by a famous scholar:

"No compulsion" is a condemnation of compelling people to do evil generally, but compelling people in the truth is a religious duty. Does the infidel get killed for any thing except on the basis of his religion? The Prophet said: I have been ordered to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah. This Hadith is taken from the words of Allah 'Fight them on until there is no more tumult and religion becomes that of Allah (Q. 2:193).

If some one asks how can people be compelled in the truth when the mere fact of compelling indicates a the violation of the will of the one compelled? The first answer is that Allah sent Mohammad calling people to Him, showing the way to the truth, enduring much harm ... until the evidence of Allah's truth became manifest ... and His apostle became strong, He ordered him to call people by the sword ... hence there is no more an excuse after being warned. The second answer is that people first are taken and compelled, but when Islam becomes prevalent ... and they mix and make friends ... their faith strengthens and finally becomes sincere.”

According to the above :

1. Muslims believe that they have the right to compel people to accept Islam because it is the truth.

2. Muslims believe that Mohammad was given a divine command to fight against people, not in self defence or for economical or political reasons, but because people do not worship the one Mohammad worshipped.

3. The above scholar had no value for the human free will. To him, forcing Islam on people is justified if later on they will become Muslims. It is not an exaggeration then to say that the sword is Allah's final word.

Frightening indeed. And 90% of our countrymen either don't know or don't care.

I have passed this video along to many others.

Why are we hearing constant stories about the Foley scandal, etc. and nothing about this interview?

The media be damned.

The truth is much scarier than fiction. Thanks for this link. I'll be sending it to many family and friends.

We're fighting a war with one hand tied behind our back because we refuse to understand the ground rules. We're afraid of doing something politically incorrect (the Geneva Conventions garbage and all) and we try to go through the U.N. all the time. It's time to get away from all that and destroy this enemy any way we can.

What does Grover Norquist have to say about this?
.

Norquist is a terrorist sympathizer so I'm not interested in what he has to say.

Norquist has big influence at the White House.

He should be FORCED to comment on this.

President Bush Attends Iftaar Dinner at the White House

The State Dining Room

President's Remarks

Ramadan 2006

6:52 P.M. EDT

THE PRESIDENT:

Please be seated. Good evening and "Ramadan Karim." Welcome to the White House. Laura and I are really glad you're here. This is the sixth year that we have been pleased to host an Iftaar at the White House. We're honored to be with you and once again we're honored to pay tribute to the month of Ramadan.

Islam is a religion that brings hope and comfort to more than a billion people around the world. It has transcended racial and ethnic divisions. It has given birth to a rich culture of learning and literature and science. And tonight we honor the traditions of a great faith by hosting the Iftaar here at the White House.

I'm so pleased our Secretary of State, Condi Rice, has joined us. Thank you, Madam Secretary. I'm pleased that Dr. Elias Zerhouni, who is the Director of the NIH, is with us. Good to see you, Elias. I thank Imam Eid, from the Islamic Institute of Boston, is with us. I welcome all the ambassadors and other members of the Diplomatic Corps.

Ramadan is the holiest month in the Muslim calendar. For Muslims in America and around the world, Ramadan is a special time of prayer and fasting, contemplation of God's greatness, and charity and service to those in need. And for people of all faiths, it is a good time to reflect on the values we hold in common, including love of family, gratitude to God, the importance of community, and a commitment to tolerance and religious freedom.

America is a land of many faiths, and we welcome and honor the Muslim faith in our nation. Our society is enriched by our Muslim citizens. Your commitment to your faith reminds us all of the precious gift of religious freedom in our country. America is a more hopeful nation because of the talents and generosity and compassion of our Muslim citizens.

Tonight we have with us a group of special guests -- American Muslims who are serving our country. We have with us New York City police officers and a EMT worker who risked their lives to save their fellow citizens on 9/11; a military doctor and a member of the Navy's Chaplain Corps; members of our Foreign Service; and military veterans who have served in Afghanistan and Iraq to protect our country and help those nations build free and democratic futures.

One of our guests is Farooq Muhammed. Farooq is the son of Pakistani immigrants, and was born and raised in Brooklyn. He spent the past decade with the New York City Fire Department, first as an emergency medical technician and now as a paramedic. Farooq was at the World Trade Center on 9/11, treating victims when the towers collapsed -- he narrowly escaped death himself. He also recently volunteered in the mountains of Kashmir, where he helped treat the victims of last year's devastating South Asian earthquake. Farooq's courage and compassion represent the best of the American spirit.

Paramedic Muhammed is a proud Muslim; he is a patriotic American. And those are characteristics he shares with the other special American guests gathered in this room. All of you bring credit to your faith. You make America a better and stronger country, and we're honored by your presence tonight. (Applause.)

The United States also appreciates the many Muslim nations who stand with us in the war on terror -- some of whom are represented here tonight. You know that the majority of the victims of the terrorists have been innocent Muslims, and many of you have seen terrorist violence in your own cities and your streets. We welcome you here. We are proud to work with you to defeat the terrorists and extremists, and help bring a brighter future to millions of Muslim people throughout the world who yearn for moderation and peace.

On this special evening, we celebrate the millions of Muslims that we are proud to call American citizens. We honor the many Islamic nations that America is proud to call friends. And we renew the ties of friendship that should bind all who trace their faith back to God's call on Abraham.

Laura and I are grateful that you're here. Once again, I wish you a blessed Ramadan. And now Imam Eid will say the blessing.

END 6:58 P.M.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Take off your rose colored glasses Sandra.

99% of our own state departemnt is every bit as arabist as Norquist and they're all on the same "mission."

You don't have a clue do you, John?

If you lack the gray matter to comprehend what I write, that is your problem.

You said that Norquist should be forced to comment. I said that 99% of our State Department is arabist. Why should Norquist be forced to comment when none of them are? Condi is much more powerful than Norquist. How about asking her to comment first? Or are you a card carrying member of the "Condi for President" fan club?

John, you are obviously a card carrying member of the not-enough-blood-to-the-brain club.

I'm sure you do as well as you can.

Let me lower my discourse to a level you will understand:

Sticks and stones will break my bones……

I don’t usually engage in reparte with someone who resorts to name calling instead of supporting their arguments, but this has been a barrel of laughs.

Let me spare you the need to respond:

John,

Now you are trashing Joanie's site further by falsely posting using my name:

I never posted the post below.

If your purpose is to trash this website you are off to a good start.
