REQUIEM

Below are the two final essays to be posted on Allegiance and Duty Betrayed. The first one is written by a friend -- screen name 'Euro-American Scum' -- who, over the past four years, has been the most faithful essayist here. He has written about everything from his pilgrimage to Normandy in 2004 to take part in the 60th–year commemoration of the invasion, to his memories of his tour in Vietnam. His dedication to America’s founding principles ... and those who have sacrificed to preserve them over the past 200+ years ... is unequaled. Thank you, E-A-S. It has been a privilege to include your writing here, and it is a privilege to call you my friend.

The second essay is my own farewell. And with it I thank all of the many regular visitors, and those who may have only dropped in occasionally, for coming here. I hope you learned something. I hope a seed or two was planted. But, even if not, I thank you for stopping by ... 25 March, 2010

The Big Apple has a Worm

CAIR (the Council on American-Islamic Relations) tied closely to
Hamas and other Islamic TERRORIST organizations must be
laughing themselves silly about now at the tax paying citizens of
New York, but let's back-up just a little to fully outline this bunch of
thugs we call "CAIR":

Since its founding in 1994, CAIR and its employees have combined
and conspired with the Islamic Association for Palestine, the Holy
Land Foundation for Relief and Development, the Global Relief
Foundation and foreign nationals hostile to the interests of the
United States to provide material support to known terrorist
organizations, to advance the Hamas agenda, and to propagate
radical Islam.

Bassem Khafagi, CAIR Director of Community Relations: Arrested
by the United States due to his ties with terror-financing. He pled
guilty to charges of bank fraud and agreed to be deported to Egypt.
Ghassan Elashi, founding board member of CAIR-Texas, arrested
and charged with export fraud, dealing in the property of terrorist
organizations, conspiracy and money laundering. Found guilty and
deported.

Siraj Wahaj, CAIR board member, Co-conspirator in the first World
Trade Center bombing, called for replacing the American
government with an Islamic caliphate and warned that America will
crumble unless it accepts Islam.

Rabih Haddad, CAIR Fundraiser, co-founder of Global Relief
Foundation and found guilty by the US Treasury Department for
financing Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.

Consistent with Hamas, CAIR has served as a conduit for the
distribution of materials and funds from foreign nationals to groups
within the United States for the purpose of promoting radical Islam
and attack anyone who rejects their ideology.

Enter the Khalil Gibran Islamist Academy in New York City. Six
years after being bombed by Islam, New Yorkers are tax funding a
private school for Muslims. (Gasp that they would tax-fund a
private school for Christians!). And surprise!; the principal of the
new "school" Dhabah Almonstater, was presented a plaque and
award by, you guessed it: CAIR. More importantly, the curriculum
of her New York Department of Public Education school has been
designed by the radical American Arab Anti Discrimination
Committee [ADC].

The ADC's funder [and recipient of the ADC's "Global Achievement
Award"] Saudi Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal's 10 million dollar
donation to the 9/11 victims charity was rejected by then NY
Mayor Giuliani because of Talal's claim that American policy
towards Israel was the reason for the terrorist outrage. Talal has
also raised money to reward the families of suicide bombers.

The ADC is also in the forefront of filing discrimination lawsuits and
legal challenges aimed at obstructing the FBI, JTTF and Homeland
Security from investigating Arab and Muslims who pose potential
terrorism threats.

Six years after the attacks and still no memorial at Ground Zero,
instead 2007 will see the opening of the taxpayer funded Brooklyn
based madrassah; "The Khalil Gibran International Academy for
Arabic and Islamic Culture."

Am I being too harsh on New Yorkers? Hold on; there's more: On
September 9, 2007, Muslims from the tri-state area will converge
on New York for the Muslim Parade which the city has agreed to
host. And if past parades are any indication, law enforcement will
need to be on high alert, as the participants have been amongst the
most radical Islamists in the nation. The parade amounts to an
Islamist rally for terrorism, anti-democracy and anti-Americanism.
Past parades have included such extremists as death squad leader
Ashrafuzzaman Khan, co-conspirator of the 1993 WTC bombing and
the new principal of the Khalil Gibran Islam Academy who defended
T-shirts calling for Intifada in New York. The parade is being
co-sponsored by the Muslim Brotherhood of Pakistan, a brutally
radical group who just last year provided Hamas with $99,000.000
for the purpose of killing innocent Israeli civilians.

This author cannot help but think that somewhere in the Arabian
desert twelve old men are sitting inside a tent eating figs and
laughing and at least one making the comment, "Akmed, the secular
humanists and atheists in America will give us their sovereignty
without having to fire another shot! They actually think WE are the
victims of 911!" (Raucous laughter)....

This author also can no longer have faith in the citizenry of New
York to help defend my sovereign nation against a murdering cult
who's sole purpose is global domination of Islam. I am no longer
interested in the "Apple". The worm can have you.

New York and much of the rest of the country has turned suicidal.

Lincoln said that if we are going to cease to exist as a free nation we will commit suicide from within. Other wise leaders have said the same. We're proving that they were right.

My sentiments exactly. And add all "sanctuary cities" to the list.

Most major metropolitan areas have become nothing more than cesspools where the liberals almost always call the shots and life (if you can call it that) continues to deteriorate.

Have a nice day.

At what point shall we expect the approach of danger? By what means shall we fortify against it? Shall we expect some transatlantic military giant, to step the Ocean, and crush us at a blow? Never! All the armies of Europe, Asia and Africa combined, with all the treasure of the earth (our own excepted) in their military chest; with a Buonaparte for a commander, could not by force, take a drink from the Ohio, or make a track on the Blue Ridge, in a trial of a thousand years. At what point, then, is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide.

After 9/11 there were a few people who claimed that America would forget too quickly. Is 6 years "too quickly?"

We not only allow these terrorists to carry on with their awful plans right under our noses, we help to fund them with our tax dollars.

Calling this "suicidal" is an understatement.

The "Civil Rights" section of the US Justice department will make up for that:

U.S. Justice Dept. sponsors Islamic convention
By Audrey Hudson August 27, 2007

http://www.washingtontimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070827/NATION/108270070/1001

The Justice Department is co-sponsoring a convention held by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) — an unindicted co-conspirator in an ongoing federal terrorist funding case — a move that is raising concerns among the Justice's rank and file.

Justice lawyers have objected to the affiliation with ISNA, fearing it will undermine the case against the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development in Dallas.

"There is outrage among lawyers that the Department of Justice is funding a group named as a co-conspirator in a terrorist financing case," said a Justice lawyer who spoke to The Washington Times on the condition of anonymity.

According to an e-mail from Susana Lorenzo-Giguere, acting deputy chief of the Voting Rights Division, the sponsorship will involve sending government lawyers to man a booth for the Labor Day weekend event in Illinois.

"This is an important outreach opportunity, and a chance to reach a community that is at once very much discriminated against, and very wary of the national government and its willingness to protect them," Mrs. Lorenzo-Giguere said in an e-mail obtained by The Washington Times.

"It would be a great step forward to break through those barriers. And Chicago is lovely this time of year," Mrs. Lorenzo-Giguere said.

ISNA is one of more than 300 unindicted co-conspirators in a case against the Holy Land Foundation, whose top officers are accused of raising money for Hamas.

Justice spokesman Erik Ablin said the agency participates in the annual convention to educate Muslims about their civil rights.

"The Civil Rights Division will have a table at the ISNA convention over Labor Day weekend to hand out literature and answer questions about the division's work. The ISNA convention attracts more than 30,000 American Muslims every year, and the division has had tables at the convention in previous years," Mr. Ablin said.

The Justice Department declined to say how much the sponsorship will cost.

"This is just staggering, it's outrageous," the lawyer said. "Lawyers from the Civil Rights Division traveling to Chicago on the federal dime. This will cost thousands of dollars."

A second lawyer responded to Mrs. Lorenzo-Giguere's e-mail questioning the participation and said it "seems like an odd time for one part of DOJ to lend credence and visible support to ISNA at the same time DOJ prosecutors will be called on to defend their decision to name ISNA as a conspirator."

"Presumably the prosecutors have determined that they might need that testimony admitted; I hope we don't undermine their position," the second lawyer said. "Needless to say, [the Holy Land Foundation trial] is a very significant case."

Mohamed Elsanousi, director of communications and community outreach for ISNA, says the annual convention is open to anyone who provides services or information of value to convention participants.

"For many years, we have welcomed representatives from U.S. government agencies who wish to share information about their services and have the opportunity to reach out to the Muslim American community," Mr. Elsanousi said.

The convention features book signings, musical entertainment and seminars on family, community service and political activism.

But the first lawyer also pointed to a morning session on "the threat and reality of U.S.-sponsored torture" as contrary to the department's mission. The Justice Department was responsible for signing off on the legality and constitutionality of interrogation techniques.

"The extensive news coverage by the U.S. and international media sources makes it all too clear that the grim abuses in Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, and the sending of detainees to secret prisons around the world that are known to torture during interrogations, are not isolated incidents, but rather constitute policy of the U.S. government," the schedule of events said.

"This session will describe the nature of U.S.-sponsored torture, the effects of torture on its victims, the efforts of the U.S. religious community, and what you can do to help end U.S.-sponsored torture," the schedule said.
